Bedrock Excavation and General Contracting is an excavation contractor serving Sunnyside and the Lower Yakima Valley. Our work splits two ways. The dirt side covers demolition, mass excavation, site preparation, grading, building pads and orchard removal. The building side is general contracting: shops, carports, fences, decks, pergolas and concrete slabs.
Bedrock Excavation is led by Braden Walker. The company brings over 15 years in the construction industry, with a focus on excavation work. We have a general contracting license.
Our customers are homeowners and acreage owners, plus orchard and farm owners across the valley. Businesses call us to build a shop or prepare a commercial site. Recent general contracting jobs include a 20 by 30 three-bay carport and almost 400 feet of fencing. On the dirt side, we pulled an old apple orchard and cleared 2 acres.
Our service area reaches about 50 miles around Sunnyside. That takes in Yakima to the northwest and the Tri-Cities to the east. Larger excavation or demolition jobs farther out in Washington are quoted on request. Call or text (509) 439-2533, and we will look at the job and put the quote in writing.
Serving Sunnyside and the Yakima Valley We prepare the ground and build what stands on it. A shop pad and the shop on top of it can come from the same company.
Debris from a demolition job leaves on our trailer. Dirt and gravel come in the same way when a pad or a driveway needs them.
We prepare the site, then another trade installs the pipe and utility lines. You know which part is ours before the work starts.
The company that cuts your pad can also build the carport or shop that sits on it. One call covers both halves of the project.
We have a general contracting license. Shops, carports, fences and decks are part of our work, along with the excavation.
When a job needs gravel brought in or debris taken out, we haul it on our own trailer. Extra dirt from a cut can go out the same way.
We look at the job before we price it. The quote comes to you in writing, with the work spelled out.
From the first call or text to the finished work, here is how it goes.
Call or text (509) 439-2533 about the job. Let us know where the property is and what you need done.
We look over the site and the ground. We check the access, and what has to come out or come in.
You get a written quote that spells out the work. The job goes on the schedule when you say go.
Before any digging starts, a locate request goes to 811 so buried utility lines get marked. Washington law calls for it two to 10 full business days ahead.
We do the work the quote describes and haul off what has to go. The ground is left ready for what comes next, like a crop or a shop.
Tell us about the job and where it is, and we will set a time to look at it. Call or text (509) 439-2533 or use the form, and the quote comes to you in writing.
